   PSC Metals Inc. (Cleveland, OH) announced that it has acquired two recycling companies based in Knoxville, Tennessee—Metals Solutions LLC and Knox Recycling Inc. Metals Solutions produces secondary aluminum, while Knox Recycling buys recyclable material that now will be processed at other PSC Metals locations in the region, PSC Metals said. “The acquisition of Metals Solutions allows us to further provide quality products and service to our aluminum customers,” said Mark Shapiro, PSC Metals’ executive vice president of non-ferrous products. “Knox Recycling allows us to expand westward in the Knoxville area and to serve those individuals interested in recycling materials.”
