Ecology and Environment, Inc. (Lancaster, NY) announced that it has received a contract from the Army Corps of Engineers’ Kansas City District office to provide architectural and engineering services in connection with the Corps’ hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste programs. Under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, Ecology and Environment will provide a range of services, including site assessment, chemical sampling and analysis, groundwater modeling, remedial investigation, wetland mitigation, and construction management, at federal Superfund sites and other military facilities primarily in EPA Region 2 and the Corps’ Northwestern Division, which encompasses the Kansas City, Omaha, and Seattle districts. The company said that the contract has an estimated value of $21.5 million.
